Application:
The LNG pipeline design in China is X70 or X80 grade. Two-Run welding is normally used in pipeline welding, and the dilution rate of base metal is higher than that of conventional multilayer and multiple welding, therefore the pipeline welding requirement is very strict. In order to improve production efficiency, multi arc welding applications in pipe-making industry are normally used. Due to different pipe thickness and process, in China, there are applications from double wire welding to five wire welding, the arc stability and energy-saving requirements are very high.
