PRIMALLOY® 414N is roll rebuilding used metal-cored submerged arc welding wire, alloyed type as 0Cr13Ni4MoN. By adding Ni, Mo, tiny N replacing C, the weld metal get outstanding toughness, high temperature wearing, corrosion and creep resistance.
PREMIERWELD® JW®-9 is a low carbon, medium manganese, low silicon low alloy steel wire. It contains 0.4% molybdenum for increasing strength and a small amount of titanium and boron is added to improve the low temperature toughness. The wire is mainly used for multi-arc welding, double-sides single arc welding and longitudinal pipe welding with the base metal grade up to API X70 and X80.
PREMIERWELD® Ni1K is a low carbon, medium manganese, high silicon and 1% Ni submerged arc wire. It’s designed for welding of ‑ne grained steels, low Ni% alloy steels and 550MPa high strength steels (such as Q345E/S355/EH36) and weathering steels. It’s recommended to use with neutral fluxes in order to obtain excellent impact properties.

PREMIERWELD® H14 is a low carbon, high manganese, and low silicon electrode. It’s suitable to use with neutral fluxes such as PREMIERWELD® BF-1 & JF-B for thick plate multiple-pass welding that excellent mechanical properties is required.

It’s a good choice for a wide range of application with single or multiple pass welding combining with active flux such as PREMIERWELD® NF-3 & JF-N & neutral flux such as PREMIERWELD® BF-1 & JF-B,PREMIERWELD® NF-3. It is also well-suited to use with various Lincolnweld flux.
