POWERPLUS™ II 500 is a CV DC power source. This machine produces excellent output characteristics, weld appearance and a very stable arc.

POWERPLUS™ II 500 is the rugged and reliable power source used for demanding environment such as shipbuilding and heavy steel construction sites.

POWERPLUS™ II 500 is designed for GMAW and flux-cored arc welding. Outstanding CV welding performance is guaranteed when using either pure CO2 or Argon mixed gas. The output characteristics are optimized on welding mild steel, stainless steel, aluminum or alloys.

The front panel of the POWERPLUS™ II 500 is equipped with optional selections such as 2-step/4-step trigger control, crater voltage/current settings. Advanced features are set with individual DIP switches on the main PC Board. These DIP switches control pre-flow, initial crater output, repetitive crater output, burnback, run in speed and voltage drop compensation for long welding and work cables.

POWERPLUS™ II 500 can be equipped with Lincoln Electric PWF™ -2, PWF™ -4, PWF™ -2 Plus , PWF™ -4 Plus ,PWF™ -4GS, PWF™ -4SS semiautomatic wire feeders.
