POWERPLUS™ 355/505 is a CV and DC power source.
The machines produce excellent output characteristics,
excellent weld appearance and a very stable arc.
POWERPLUS™ 355/505 is a rugged and reliable power
source designed for demanding environments such as
shipbuilding and heavy steel construction sites.
POWERPLUS™ 355/505 is designed for GMAW and
flux-cored arc welding. Excellent CV welding performance
is guaranteed when using either pure CO2 or Argon mixed
gas. The output characteristics are optimized should you
be welding mild steel, stainless steel, aluminum or alloys.
The front panel of the POWERPLUS™ is equipped with
option selections such as wire diameters, 2-step/4-step
trigger control, crater voltage/current settings. Advanced
features are set with individual DIP switches on the main
PC Board. These DIP switches control pre-flow, initial
crater output, repetitive crater output, burnback, run in
speed and voltage drop compensation for long welding
and work cables.
POWERPLUS™ 355/505 can be used with Lincoln
Electric PWF™ -2, PWF™-4, PWF™ -2 Plus and PWF™
-4 Plus semiautomatic wire feeders. |
