Lincoln Electric acquired the electrode manufacturing business of Nanjing Kuangtai in July 2007. In line with our strategy of developing production centers of excellence Lincoln Electric Nanjing is being developed as the center of coated electrode manufacturing for Lincoln Electric in China. The manufacturing and sales operations in Nanjing will complement and support the activities of, Lincoln Electric Heli, Lincoln Electric Jin Tai and Lincoln Electric Shanghai while enhancing the comprehensive product range we provide to our customers.
