Lincoln Electric in China is recognizing the needs of our end users. To ensure that our Sales Team and Distributors are technically well trained to service this market, we have put together a Technical Sales Representative & Distributor training program covering from fundamental of welding to advanced technical seminar.

Courses are designed to teach the skills of arc welding that employers want. Five major arc welding processes, including stick, TIG, MIG, flux-cored and submerged arc, will be involved. To maximize learning, class size is limited to 15 students for basic training program, which allows for each student to have enough hands-on practice. The courses also include extensive product knowledge training from Lincoln Electric, which are related to each of these processes. The program will be 60% class time and 40% hands-on. Graduating students leave with confidence, skill and pride as well as a sound understanding of safety and arc welding.
