The Shanghai Lincoln Electric Welding Technology and Training Center holds regular professional welding seminars to
share with the participants the latest developments in the majority of production welding processes. These training courses
are conducted regularly throughout the year and cater to students in both English and Chinese. The seminars also focus
on cost reduction methods that offer savings generated from unique approaches to welding process selection and choice of
welding consumables. All participants to the training course experience the technical benefits provided by the effective
operation of Lincoln Electric's welding equipment and consumables used in the training laboratory. In addition, having a
high respect for employee safety, every training course includes compulsory instruction on workshop and welding safety.
The WTC also hosts custom training programs tailored to a specific manufacturer's needs. These types of programs are
designed and conducted with the assistance and involvement of the customer's key manufacturing personnel. They are a
