1. 职位综述 :  

电路设计工程师负责焊机设备电路的设计和优化。电路设计工程师将会配合进行新产品引入,元器件和供货商审核。电路设计工程师还将对公司内部其它部门提供技术支持。

 
2. RESPONSIBILITIES :

. 焊机控制电路的设计和优化
. 仿真和调制控制电路
. 配合执行新产品的引入.
. 元器件、部件和供货商审核
. 建立并拓展电气测试能力
. 有机会带领和培训工程师团队
. 向部门经理汇报,确保项目按时完成


 
3. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES :  
   

.  具有功率电子电路的开发经验
.  对电路的抗干扰技术有一定了解
.  具有使用EDA软件进行电路设计,仿真,调试和PCB布板经验范
.  最好具有PSOC平台开发经验(可选)
.  最好具有和焊接相关的工作经验,或者有意向接受相关培训
.  本科或者研究生学历,专业为电极,电力电子,工业自动化或者相关专业
.  具有团队协作精神,良好的沟通和人际关系技巧
.  积极主动,具有一定的领导力
.  可用英文进行沟通和汇报


 
4.技能要求 :

Formal qualifications:

 .  Excellent knowledge of the (welding) industry or material behaviour characteristics
 .  Provide technical advice, service and support to internal and external customers.

. Specifically, to advise, coach and take action on production or performance issues which impact on product quality or productivity.
